2365-02 Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures)

We offer the 2365-02 as a distance learning course. This means you can progress through the course in your own time at your own pace.

The Level 2 course is suitable for those wanting to learn the basics of Electrotechnical principles. This course gives you the foundation knowledge and a stepping stone along the way to becoming a Qualified Electrician.

The course progression will take you onto 2365-03 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures).
Please note that this Qualification will not make you a Qualified Electrician. Once you have completed Level 3 you will be at an Improver/Electricians mate level.
In order to fully qualify as an Electrician you must complete the 2357 Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Technology and AM2 Assessment.

Health and Safety is a compulsory unit for 2365 qualifications.

2365-03 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures)

This is a level 3 qualification, which works in the same way as the level 2.

Prerequisites

To take this qualification you are required to have completed 2365 Level 2 or equivalent.

Exams/Assessments

Health and Safety is a compulsory unit for 2365 qualifications.

How it works

You will be given modules to work through and access to City and Guilds Smart Screen for your learning, there will also be mocks to complete in preparation for the exams. Exam sessions are set every month, you can pre-book these and work towards them, setting yourself targets for unit completion.

Training days are included and mandatory for the practical assessments. You will be given these dates in advance.

What about assignments?

The open book assignments can be taken at home and then forwarded to us for marking.

- 2391-52 Inspection and Testing
